For any Type + Year, the Skill Gap Analysis view auto-detects every rating-style field across every form used by that group of employees, and lays them out as a single cross-employee matrix: rows = employees, columns = every skill/competency category, cells = live scores pulled directly from submitted reviews.
- Cells are color-coded (dark green → dark red across a 1–5 scale) so patterns of strength and weakness are visible instantly
- “Analyse with SGA Bot” sends the underlying data to your configured AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic Claude — your choice, your own API key) and returns a written narrative flagged by severity
- Reports can be downloaded as a formatted PDF or exported to a real, styled Excel (.xlsx) file, same color-coding intact
