Give employees a voice in their own review
A reviewer or admin clicks “Email Self Eval” — the system generates a secure, single-use magic link (7-day expiry) and emails it to the employee. The employee clicks the link and is logged straight into their evaluation — no password, no account juggling.
- The employee fills in the form (all fields editable, autosave, same UX as the reviewer form) and clicks Complete — after which it locks permanently
- Reviewers see a “Show Self Eval” toggle directly inside their own review form — it overlays the employee’s self-assessed answers inline, next to each matching field
- Admins can view any employee’s full self-evaluation history from that employee’s profile page
Their self-assessment shows up right alongside the manager’s own review, field by field, so every conversation starts from a shared, honest baseline instead of a surprise.
