Ironwood Reviews is a role-based employee performance review management platform, built for organizations with real structure — multiple regions, multiple business units, multiple types of employees, and multiple people involved in every review. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-email chaos of periodic performance reviews with a structured system: import your roster, organize employees into groups by region and role, build multi-step review workflows that assign the right reviewer to the right people automatically, collect self-evaluations, and roll everything up into a live, AI-assisted Skill Gap Analysis.
Two-factor authentication, scoped admin permissions, and CSRF protection are built in throughout — this isn’t a generic HR form tool, it’s the review system for companies whose org chart doesn’t fit in a single spreadsheet.
How You Can Run It
Ironwood Reviews is available two ways, depending on how much infrastructure you want to manage yourself:
- Self-Hosted License — license Ironwood Reviews as a self-install package and run it on your own server. You control the infrastructure, the data, and the branding.
- Hosted by Us — prefer not to manage a server? We can host and maintain Ironwood Reviews for you, so your team gets the same platform without the infrastructure overhead.

If you license Ironwood Reviews as a self-install package, your environment needs to meet the following minimums. If we’re hosting for you, none of this applies — we handle the infrastructure.
